1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JK Sports Club website (www.jksportsclub.com) or utilizing any of our sports facilities (including Football Grounds, Box Cricket Turfs, and Cricket Practice Nets), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2 User Registration & Account Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during account registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your citizen account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
3 Online Slot Booking & Payments
- Slot Allocation: Slots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment confirmation via our authorized payment gateway.
- Pricing & Taxes: All rates listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes and standard processing fees.
- Booking Pass/Receipt: You must present your digital booking confirmation/receipt upon arrival at the ground for security verification.
4 Code of Conduct & Ground Rules
All players, teams, coaches, and visitors must adhere to our club guidelines while on premises:
- Proper Footwear: Appropriate non-marking sports shoes, turf shoes, or molded rubber studs must be worn on synthetic turfs. Metal cleats/spikes are strictly prohibited.
- Time Adherence: Teams must vacate the turf/field promptly at the conclusion of their booked slot time to allow the next group to begin on schedule.
- Behavior: Unsportsmanlike conduct, foul language, violence, betting, alcohol, smoking, or substance use is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate expulsion and forfeiture of booking fees.
- Equipment & Turf Care: Players are expected to handle facility equipment responsibly. Any intentional damage to turf, floodlights, boundary nets, or goals will be charged to the booking account holder.
5 Health, Safety & Limitation of Liability
JK Sports Club, its management, and staff shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or theft of personal belongings occurring on or around club premises, except where mandated by law.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or facility usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
