Cancellation Policy

1 Overview

To ensure fair and orderly access for all sports enthusiasts, sports teams, and citizens across Jammu & Kashmir, JK Sports Club maintains a structured slot cancellation and rescheduling policy.

2 How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel or adjust a confirmed ground or net reservation, you must contact the administration helpdesk with your booking details:

• Step 1: Call our administration desk at +91 98583 83868 or email us at info@jksportsclub.com.
• Step 2: Provide your Booking ID, Registered Mobile Number, and Slot Date & Time.
• Step 3: The administration team will verify your slot status and process your cancellation or rescheduling in accordance with the timelines below.

3 Cancellation Timelines & Eligibility

Cancellation eligibility is evaluated based on when the request is received by the administration prior to the scheduled slot start time:

• More than 24 Hours Notice: Eligible for a full refund (minus any standard payment gateway processing fee) or a complimentary 1-time slot reschedule to an available date within 30 days.
• Between 12 to 24 Hours Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future booking at the discretion of the administration.
• Less than 12 Hours Notice: No refund or reschedule will be granted, as slots cannot be re-allocated to other players on short notice.

4 Slot Rescheduling Option

Citizens and team captains may request to reschedule a booked slot rather than cancelling by contacting the administration:

• Rescheduling is subject to slot availability on the requested alternate date.
• The reschedule request must be submitted to the administration at least 12 hours prior to the original slot start time.
• Any applicable rate difference between slots or turf categories must be settled at the time of adjustment.
